SERVICES
BBM formerly Battery Boys Mississauga, is your one stop
shop for all your specialty battery requirements. In
business since 1993 and servicing clients as diverse as the
Government, Aerospace, Medical, Instrumentation and the
Motion Picture Industry, we have built a strong and
reputable customer base.
Our primary service is custom battery pack manufacturing.
With runs from one to thousands, our staff can design and
implement the battery packs you require when you need them.
BBM offers the latest in battery welding equipment and can
supply custom termination OR ultrasonically sealed plastic
assemblies. We supply Nicad, NiMh, Primary Lithium,
Alkaline, Silver Oxide and Li-Ion battery packs. BBM uses
only the highest quality cells available – we support
Panasonic, Sanyo, SAFT, GP, Ultralife, Duracell, Energizer,
Yuasa or Enersys and Powersonic batteries.
BBM also offers a battery rebuilding/retrofitting service.
For hard to find or non existent hard case plastic batteries
– a battery rebuild may be your only option. BBM rebuilds
hard case batteries in Nicad, Nickel Metal Hydride, Alkaline
and primary Lithium. Due to the volatility of the chemistry
we do not retrofit batteries of the Li-Ion chemistry.
Battery end users will save up to 50% on rebuilt batteries.
BBM carefully re-opens the hard case battery pack – replaces
all batteries, with equal or better cells, and seals the
pack. The customer receives a new pack, in the old case.
BBM also can reverse engineer or replicate existing packs –
often upgrading their original performance. Working from a
sample, picture or schematic, we offer an alternative to
overpriced battery replacements. BBM also has off the shelf
replacements for common batteries used for camcorders,
digital cameras, cordless phones and a full list of Alakine
and primary cells.
Are you replacing the plants industrial robot batteries?
Do you require a single PLC battery? Does your company
require a prototype battery for a new instrument? BBM is
your one stop shop for all your specialty battery
requirements because we put all our energy into all the
batteries we make.
