Shipping & Handling
Standard ground shipments typically take 3-5 business days to reach your doorstep upon leaving our locationPlease Note:Â An additional $50.00 Dangerous Goods Fee will be added to any order containing lithium batteries that requires Priority / Overnight Shipment. This will be on top of the Expedited shipping fee. Our Shipping department will contact you once the order is placed to facilitate this payment
Return Policy
At BBM Battery we insist upon your complete satisfaction with the quality and performance of your purchase -
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept a return / exchange as long as the battery has not been put to use and is still within the 1 year warranty period. The product must be carefully shipped back to us within 7 days. Once the item has been received on our end, we will process a full refund*
*Refund does not include the original shipping cost
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:Â
1. Download and complete our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form
2. Email the completed RMA form to admin@bbmbattery.com to obtain an RMA number*
3. Once an RMA number has been provided, carefully package the battery for return - clearly mark the outside of the box with this RMA number and include a copy of the RMA form inside of the boxÂ
4. Ship only the items that have been authorized for returnÂ
5. Ship your return package to the following address:Â

6. A refund / exchange will be processed once the battery has been successfully returned to our location
